Cancellation Policy

If the service cannot be performed the same day due to your lateness, there will be a fee issued to the card on file. If we must reschedule your appointment for a different day and time, I will have to charge you my rescheduling fee with a less than 24 hour notice, (you will be charged šŸ•šŸ“% of your booked service rate). š‘Ŗš’‚š’ š’Žš’š š’‡š’†š’†š’” š’ƒš’† š’˜š’‚š’Šš’—š’†š’…? Unfortunately, no. While life happens and things do suddenly pop up and can prevent you from being able to make your appointment, I cannot waive these fees. As a hairdresser, I make money exclusively by appointments. The time slot that was specifically saved for your appointment can be extremely difficult to fill with another appointment in such a short amount of time. This results in a loss in revenue for myself and my small business. What I experience from these last minute changes to appointments is similar to if you were required to go to work, get there and your boss tells you that you are not needed from 2-4 and you would not be paid for your time. While I pride myself on being an understanding and respectful person and stylist, the loss in revenue I experience from a canceled or no-showed appointment can be severely harmful to my business.
