Policies: •All new and pre existing clients will need a valid credit/debit card on file for all future •In the event you are late for your appointment, it cannot be promised that you will be able to receive the full service you are scheduled for. •If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so within 24 hours OF THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT to avoid the cancellation fee that is 50% of the service you are scheduled for. - No shows/Same day cancellations will be subject to a fee that is 100% of the service(s) that were to be provided. - If you cancel/reschedule your appointment within the 24 hours before your appointment, you will NOT be charged any fees. - In the event that I need to reschedule any appointment, NO FEE WILL BE CHARGED. Why? This is because in many cases, I will have another client scheduled for another service. Myself and others schedule and commit to personal matters during times we are not scheduled to be in the salon. Please be mindful and courteous to others. •I know we all love our kids and our friends, but please refrain from bringing them with you to any CHEMICAL hair appointment (anything more than a haircut). This is a salon space policy that all stylists in the salon must follow, set by the landlord. •Service dogs are welcome! If you plan on bringing your fuzzy friend, please just let me know in advance so I can give the rest of the stylists a heads up.
